Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Local SEO Masters collects through localseomasters.com, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you submit the package application, we may collect your name, business email, company name, company website, selected plan, and the description you provide. We also receive technical information routinely sent by browsers and hosting systems, such as an IP address, device type, requested page, timestamp, and basic security logs.
Please do not submit confidential client information, protected health information, legal case details, passwords, payment-card data, or other sensitive information through the website form.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review your request, respond to you, evaluate fit, prepare potential services, prevent abuse, maintain the website, and improve our business processes. We do not sell personal information submitted through the form.
Service providers
The application form uses Web3Forms to transmit submissions. Website hosting and security are planned through Cloudflare. These providers may process technical and submitted information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also use email, analytics, and business software needed to respond and operate the service.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and limit access to business purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry.
To make a privacy request, email hello@localseomasters.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
